Data controller
The operator of this website (“we”, “us”) processes personal data as described in this policy. Restinmore is the brand name for these pages published at https://restinmore.com.
What data we collect
There is no account registration or checkout on this website. An optional newsletter form may ask for your email. You can read articles and use interactive tools without subscribing.
Email newsletter (optional)
If you use the optional newsletter form on https://restinmore.com, we process:
- Email address (required) — to send educational updates you requested;
- Consent timestamp / technical metadata — as recorded by the form or CRM partner (for example IP and time of signup), to show when you opted in;
- Site host — the domain of this website (https://restinmore.com) may be sent with the signup so the mailing partner knows which property you joined.
Purpose: send occasional educational tips and site updates related to men’s wellness literacy. We do not use the newsletter to sell medications, supplements, or clinical services through this form.
Legal basis (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies): your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting the site operator through any channel published for the live site.
Storage: subscriber data is sent through a server-side script on this site to our CRM / mailing partner API, then stored by that partner to deliver the educational emails you requested. Data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and for a short additional period if needed for abuse prevention or legal duties.
Sharing: the CRM / mailing partner processes your email on our instructions. We do not sell newsletter addresses. Public authorities only where required by law.
Reading articles and using browser tools does not require a subscription.
When you visit the site, the following data may still be processed:
- Server and security logs — IP address, browser type (user agent), pages requested, date and time. These are created by our hosting provider when you load a page.
- Cookies and similar technologies — if we or our advertising partners use analytics or conversion tags (for example Google Ads), cookies or similar identifiers may be stored in your browser to measure visits and ad performance.
- Font requests — pages may load fonts from Google Fonts; your browser sends a request to Google’s servers (typically including IP address and technical data).
Interactive tools (checklists, planners, selectors) run in your browser. Your answers stay on your device and are not sent to our servers, unless you copy or share them yourself.
Ledger notes stay in your browser only.
If you contact us through a channel you choose, we process the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry.
How we use data
We use personal data to:
- operate and secure the website (hosting logs);
- measure traffic and advertising effectiveness (cookies and ad tags, where enabled);
- send the educational newsletter you opted into (email address);
- respond to enquiries you send us voluntarily;
- comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not use visitor data from this site to process product orders, because no order form is offered here.
International transfers
Our hosting and partners (including Google, and the mailing provider if you subscribe) may process data on servers outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (for example standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
How long we keep data
- Server logs — typically up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons;
- Advertising and analytics cookies — according to the relevant provider’s settings and your browser choices;
- Interactive inputs in your browser — not stored by us; cleared when you close the page or clear site data, unless you save them locally yourself;
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe or request deletion, plus a short period if needed for legal or security reasons;
- Correspondence you send — kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and advertising
We may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site operation, statistics, and measuring Google Ads campaigns (conversion tracking and remarketing, where applicable). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights (EEA / UK)
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, contact the site operator through any contact channel published on this website (if available), or through your hosting / domain provider’s published contacts for the live deployment. Newsletter subscribers can also unsubscribe via the link in each email.
Your choices
You can disable JavaScript in browser settings; core articles remain readable, though interactive tools may not function. You can block third-party cookies, use browser privacy extensions, or self-host fonts if you control the site deployment.
You can browse without joining the newsletter. Subscription is optional.
